Becoming a Tycoon

well, anytime you’re in business you deal with extreme highs and extreme lows. at lot of times you’ll experience the same emotions all in one day, sometimes in the matter of hours. that’s been the hardest part of being in business for yourself.

earlier this week i had a huge hit of disappointment, but it’s easy to turn it into hope. especially in this case where people are comparing apples to oranges (at least money wise). would you rather spend $150,000 or $850,000? i think it’s a no-brainer but when you’re dealing with a board of directors and a corporation they tend to go with the most illogical choice.

with that being said, eventhough i got a “not yet” answer and maybe even a “never” answer, i still have the hope until i hear the word no.

i can deal with that. really, i can. i can especially deal with the knowledge that it’s the end of june and i am about $500 shy of meeting my july goal.  that’s a good thing.
